Italian luxury brand Moncler has opened a newly relocated store in the Central Area of Terminal 2 at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport in China.

The store, launched on 30 September, is directly operated by Moncler, allowing the company to deliver a tailored experience for travelling shoppers.

“Moncler has established itself as a leader in creating truly immersive brand experiences tailored to the unique needs and nature of the travel retail space,” said Marco Passoni, Senior Executive VP of travel retail specialist boutique agency 2.0 & Partners.

“This newly relocated store in Shanghai Hongqiao is no exception.

“This is a stunning example of what brands can create when given the freedom to directly manage and craft their spaces to the needs of their consumers.

“We at 2.0 & Partners are proud to have played our part in bringing this vision to reality.”

The open façade is crafted to draw shoppers into the store while mirrors are used to create a sense of ‘space and immersion’.

Once inside, shoppers can discover a range of Moncler collections, curated especially to suit the needs and preferences of the modern Chinese travelling shopper.
