Nuance optimistic on Sydney

The Nuance Group's President and Ceo Roberto Graziani says he is optimistic that the company will be able to defend its high profile Sydney Airport duty free arrivals and departures concession when it comes up
for tender next year.
‘Sydney is a very high-profile hub in the Asia Pacific region and the turnover generated by its retail activity will generate a lot of competition for the duty free concessions. We have just restructured our organisation in the area and appointed high-profile people with specific country focus.
‘I?m sure that our knowledge of the Australian business and our commitment to the country will permit us to put through a very high profile and competitive bid,’ said Graziani.
‘We really want to continue to work with SACL management to show again our capabilities after the successful experience of the Pier B walk-through shop.’
