Swiss brand SKROSS is to showcase its new premium Alpha by SKROSS world travel adapter at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific Conference and Exhibition in Singapore (Stand number C4).

As reported, the adapter, which was unveiled last year in Cannes, stems from a partnership with Danish design agency, Jacob Jensen Design.

The logo is based on an alpha sign incorporated into an open infinity symbol which highlights its durability.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE ADAPTER

According to the company, Alpha by SKROSS is characterised by a ‘stylish minimalism’ using the clean design language Jacob Jensen Design is known and recognised for.

The new high-performance adapter can be used with the most energy consuming devices including laptops and hairdryers.

It is also compatible with seven international socket standards (EU, Australia/China, UK, USA, Switzerland and Brazil).

In addition, Alpha by SKROSS is introducing technologies and exclusively designed and patented safety features, including a triple safety mechanism. A five-year international warranty is also available.

Sam Gerber, Managing Partner, SKROSS said:  “We are convinced that Alpha by SKROSS will further strengthen our position as a premium brand. Furthermore, we’ve been increasingly observing the trend that electronics no longer needs to be just functional and solve a problem.

“Consumers are placing more and more value on the design and lifestyle aspects of a product. There are plenty of brands who produce cheap products, but it is only SKROSS that can build this level of sophistication.”

Pia Kautz, Corporate Communication Representative, SKROSS added: “To meet this trend, we have created Alpha by SKROSS. With its many advantages and exclusive packaging, it makes the perfect gift for all those who love to travel in style.”
