Swarovski has partnered with Lagardère North Asia for the first time to open a store at Hong Kong International Airport. The shop is located in departures (Level 6) in the airport’s Midfield Concourse.

The new boutique, which soft-opened on 24 October 2019 is now fully operational. It offers a full range of the brand’s jewellery and accessory items including earrings, bracelets, bangles, rings and necklaces. Signature pieces and items from latest collections are also available.

White walls and textured columns are complemented by select mirrored walls including a crystal motif. A depiction of the Swarovski swan, the brand’s emblem is on the feature wall behind the cashier. Display cabinets contain the brand’s jewellery pieces and accessories.

A special light installation adds ‘vitality and allure’ to the interiors, while reflecting Swarovski’s product offering, according to the company. The Winter Blossom sculpture was crafted by London-based industrial product designer Tord Boontje.

Claudia Schioenning, Vice President Travel Retail & Global Accounts, Swarovski said: “Our new store in the Midfield Concourse of Hong Kong International Airport is located in a prominent space in the heart of the airport’s retail zone, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Lagardère to strengthen the retail offering and to contribute our characteristic sparkle to enhance the consumer experience.”

Eudes Fabre, Chief Executive Officer (North Asia), Lagardère Travel Retail added: “This is the first time we have partnered with Swarovski to open a store at Hong Kong International Airport and we are delighted to work with a brand that brings vitality and dynamism to the Midfield Concourse alongside its sparkling product range.”
