Tragic fatal accident at Lotte Duty Free
By Administrator |
The Korea Times reports today that a tragic accident has resulted in the death of a four-year-old girl at the weekend after a 1.5 metre-high sign weighing 45 kilograms fell on the child in the
hallway of the Lotte Duty Free Shop in Seoul.
The tragic accident occurred on Saturday afternoon after the child's mother tried in vain to prevent the sign from hitting her daughter as both waited for an elevator in the store.
The poor girl was apparently pronounced dead after she was rushed to hospital and police are now said to be questioning Lotte employees about the incident involving the sign which was apparently waiting to be repaired.
