‘WE SUPPORT’ phase II at HKIA

By Administrator |

Following the February launch of Nuance-Watson (HK)'s excellent ‘WE SUPPORT’ staff action programme at Hong Kong International Airport, the company says it has received positive feedback from both the local community as well as the

travel retail industry.

The company says following the various press reports on the initiative, several brands have rallied to provide their assistance, including Scental Group companies Biotherm, Giorgio Armani Cosmetics, Kiehl's, Lanc?me, Shu Uemura and YSL.

The retailer says that all of these brands have sent their training managers to work on the shop floor for a total over 100 hours at the brands' respective standalone beauty boutiques as well as Nuance-Watson's Temptation duty free beauty outlets.

Later this month, Chanel will also join in by sending professional make-up artists to run a ‘Make-up Studio’ event in the new expanded Temptation outlet.

In parallel with the ‘WE SUPPORT’ action, Nuance-Watson has also expanded the ‘Shop & Save’ in-store promotion in full scale at its Temptation beauty outlets. In addition to highlighting the comparative savings of travel retail sets to attract ever increasing price-conscious customers, the company has worked with the supporting brands to introduce a pool of exceptional value offers that is says have never before been made available.

Nuance-Watson (HK) said it wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the supporting brands to date and also to invite more to come on board.
