Top YSL MON PARIS HKIA Dec 2016 L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific reports that Yves Saint Laurent’s new Mon Paris fragrance was featured successfully ‘on a stunning 360° panorama podium’ at Hong Kong International Airport last month.

This was the first event of this kind for the brand at an Asian airport, with similar events now planned to take place at several other airports around the world.

The company said: “In addition to discovering Mon Paris, travellers could also experience a vertiginous look at Upside Down Paris delivered by 360° panorama cameras.

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL…

“Personalised e-mails were sent to travellers to view their unique panorama video and share with their friends and family on social media.”

The company said many passengers travelling through the airport were both stunned and surprised, with typical comments as follow:

‘I never thought I’d come across Paris upside down at the airport in Hong Kong..!’

‘A 360° selfie was a completely new experience for me. It was such a surprise to experience it before I left from Hong Kong Airport’…’

‘The 360° experience reminded me of my last trip in Paris with my loved ones. It was a memorable selfie to keep forever. Thank you YSL…”

Yves Saint Laurent adds that this is all in line with the brand’s positioning: “Mon Paris pays homage to vertiginous love that makes people lose their senses. Mon Paris, a reinvention of the traditional chypre, is the scent of a city gripped by carnal desire.”
