July 2006 for Suvarnabhumi opening Thailand's Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra yesterday announced that Bangkok's new Suvarnabhumi Airport will not be ready for commercial use until July next year.
Although construction of the terminal building will be completed on schedule this September, he said the terminal would not be open to the public until next year until full safety and security testing has taken place.
