Aldeasa to leave exchange

Spanish duty free airports shop operator Aldeasa yesterday filed a request to be delisted from the Spanish stock market, while repeating its offer of EUR36.57 a share for those minority shareholders who have yet to
sell their shares following the takeover by Autogrill. The group, which also included Aldeasa's lead shareholder Altadis now holds 96% in Aldeasa.
