The concession covers 34 commercial spaces with a contract tenure of seven years.

ANA Aeroportos de Portugal (ANA) is inviting bids for 34 commercial spaces – including duty free shops – over 9,500sq m at a number of airports across Portugal.

A request for proposal has been issued to manage duty free and duty paid stores, including perfumes & cosmetics, chocolates, international and local beverages, food and delicatessen, fashion and accessories at Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Ponta Delgada, Santa Maria, Horta, Funchal, and Porto Santo Airports.

The scope of the concession also covers satellite stores and fashion shops, with the winning bidder due to establish a new company with ANA as part of a joint venture to manage the contract for a period of seven years.

The operator is seeking a business partner with experience managing duty free outlets to collaborate in developing a ‘remarkable shopping environment’ across its network of airports.

ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, a Vinci Airports group company, is responsible for managing the 10 airports in Portugal: Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Beja; Ponta Delgada, Horta, Flores and Santa Maria (Azores) and Madeira (Madeira and Porto Santo).
