Aer Rianta International ? located in Shannon ? has been recognised as one of the best workplaces in Ireland by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Commenting on Aer Rianta International's achievement, Director General Eamon Foley said: ‘We are very proud to have received this recognition and I would like to pay tribute to all our employees both in Ireland and throughout all our overseas locations.

‘The lifeblood of any organization is its staff and Aer Rianta International is no exception. Credit for this achievement is entirely due to their continued dedication, drive and enthusiasm in making Aer Rianta International a successful and enjoyable place to work.

‘This accomplishment underpins our belief that a stable and contented workforce is our greatest asset in meeting the challenges that lie ahead. Longer term we hope to sustain this level of achievement and continue to reap the benefits associated with being a Great Place to Work, namely higher productivity, greater staff retention and increased innovation and creativity.’
