BAA hosts ACI conference
By Administrator |
BAA is to host the 15th ACI EUROPE Airport Trading Conference and Exhibition in London, between February 27 and March 1, 2006. Taking place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, one of the world's leading airport
retail conferences aims to deliver ‘the largest concentration of airport commercial executives, retail and other revenue-generating partners into one space,’ according to organisers, ACI Europe Conference Unit and PPS Publications. The focus for 2006 is on the customer experience, challenging the status quo and highlighting excellence. The conference will analyse the challenges and opportunities within the sector, with a particular focus on the central importance of developing innovative partnership and retailing models.
As hosts to the event, BAA will be continuing the theme of 'experience' with two evenings of entertainment, which will give delegates an opportunity to experience some of the best that London has to offer through its rich heritage and reputation as one of the world's most exciting capital cities. For further details, or to obtain media credentials please contact Claire Graham on (44) (1737) 226768 or email, [email protected]. Alternatively, visit the website at www.aci-europe.org where the conference programme will shortly be available.
