Babor expands presence at Berlin Brandenburg with Gebr. Heinemann

Babor is building its presence at BER this summer with a new backwall and HOG.
Babor is expanding its number of installations with Gebr. Heinemann at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in Germany with a new backwall and a Head of Gondola (HOG) in the non-Schengen area, which are set to launch this summer.
The move builds on Babor’s existing presence at two central locations in the airport: in the Main Shop and in Terminal 2 with backwall and a HOG.
“Since the beginning of the partnership in 2021, the cooperation with Heinemann has proven to be extremely successful,” said Lara Schlüter, Director Travel Retail at BABOR.
“Together, we have managed to establish and continuously expand the Babor brand in travel retail.”
Babor’s partnership with Gebr. Heinemann also sees the brand represented at airports such as Frankfurt, Oslo and Istanbul.
The family-run German skincare brand says it focuses on creating holistic brand experience in travel retail, combining products with expert consultations.

At Babor’s showcase at the Main Shop at BER, there’s a Babor beauty consultant offering personalised skin analyses using the AI-powered Derma Visualizer.
For example, in the Main Shop at BER, a Babor beauty consultant is on hand to provide personalised skin analyses using the AI-powered Derma Visualizer, which measures parameters such as wrinkle depth, skin hydration and pigmentation, enabling tailored product recommendations.
Recently, high-impact promotional placements have led to ‘sell-out increases of nearly 50%’, reports Babor.
