The 15,000sq ft International Distribution Centre and Centre of Excellence is located near Heathrow Airport.

Travel retail staffing and experiential specialists Blackjack Promotions has declared its new Centre of Excellence near Heathrow Airport open for bookings.

The 15,000sq ft facility also serves as the company’s International Distribution Centre. The distribution centre enables continued efficiency in the logistics side of the travel retail business, while the Centre of Excellence is a training hub for staff, clients and brands. An official opening will take place soon.

Facilities at the distribution centre include fully equipped training and meeting rooms, an additional 8,000sq ft of storage space, a bespoke online stock management system giving full visibility and control of goods and flexible office space for clients. The Centre of Excellence provides ‘state-of-the-art connectivity’ in five fully furnished training rooms.

Speaking to TRBusiness last November, Jason Miles, Managing Director, Blackjack Promotions said: “We are extremely proud of the Centre of Excellence. It has been a long overdue investment on our behalf. Setting up the centre alongside our logistics facility gives us the ability to bring people closer to our business. By opening the training centre, we can let our brand partners come on site and use the training facilities.”
