The Nuance Group announced the departure of European Ceo Jean-Paul Bonnel yesterday and Nuance President & CEO Roberto Graziani said he expects to make an announcement on his replacement in the near future.
‘It is with regret that I have to announce that Jean-Paul Bonnel departed from The Nuance Group on May 5, 2009,’ said Graziani. ‘During his tenure with the company I have personally and professionally enjoyed working with Jean-Paul and I would like to thank him for his engagement, commitment and contribution, not only to our European business, but also as a member of our Global Executive Management Team.’
‘We will be replacing Jean-Paul Bonnel as CEO Europe in the near future and I expect to be in a position to make an announcement on this shortly. In the interim, it is business as usual for The Nuance Group and our business partners and I will be acting in the position of CEO Europe until a replacement has been appointed.
‘I would like to take this opportunity to wish Jean-Paul every success in the next phase of his career and I am sure that you will join me in wishing him well.’
