Boots and Links of London are the latest additions to London City Airport’s growing retail offer. London City Airport says that Boots, has been a target for the airport with passenger surveys frequently citing the brand.
The express shop will sell a variety of products including toiletries, travel accessories, health and beauty products and a selection of snacks.
Matthew Hall, Chief Commercial Officer at London City Airport said: “One of our key offers to passengers at London City Airport is convenience; convenience in terms of location, speed of transit and routes to commercial centres where people want to travel to.
“We must also deliver convenience through our retail offer inside the terminal and the addition of Boots to our existing offer will be welcomed by people wanting to pick up a few essential items before they fly.”
As previously reported by TRBusiness earlier this month, Links of London describes itself as ‘an iconic international jewellery brand with imaginative designs’ offering high-end jewellery collections, statement watches and a wide selection of gifts for both men and women.
The store will be located in the departure lounge offering gift-wrapping and consultancy services.
