Chanel, Lagardère and Aéroports de Paris open Beauty Studio at Paris CDG

Chanel has opened a new 44sq m Beauty Studio at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, in partnership with Lagardère and Aéroports de Paris, in Terminal 2E Gate L. The brand says the new boutique, which opened on 30 June, centres around ‘product creation, expertise, and interactivity’.


As reported, the French luxury goods brand partnered with Qatar Duty Free at Hamad International Airport to unveil a new fragrance space earlier this year.


The striking monochrome boutique, animated by imagery from each new seasonal marketing campaign, invites shoppers into an ‘exclusive and immersive environment’ and one that ‘feels a world away from the busy terminal beyond’, says Chanel.


Chanel’s make-up range can be found at the heart of the boutique, where shoppers can test products virtually via the ‘Chanel try on’ service. This is complemented by the presence of Chanel beauty advisors. In addition, Chanel’s displays more than 200 shades on a vibrant 3D wall constructed from lipstick cases.

The store also features a fragrance wall, promoting Les Eaux de Chanel and Les Exclusifs de Chanel, created by Olivier Polge, the In-House Fragrance Creator. An Art Deco-inspired mirror — a nod to Gabrielle Chanel’s iconic staircase at 31 rue Cambon — divides the collections.


Chanel’s skincare portfolio includes exclusive products such as the Sublime skincare line, said to be ideal for ‘addressing any pre or post-flight skincare needs’.


Finally, a display entirely dedicated to Chanel eyewear showcases a comprehensive collection of exclusive seasonal and ‘timeless’ sunglasses. “Here, beauty and fashion intertwine, giving clients the opportunity to find the latest eyewear shape complimenting their face and make up,” says the brand.


“With the opening of this new Chanel Beauty Studio, the Maison reinforces a bold, unique shopping experience, in which creation, expertise and a sense of discovery unite in captivating surrounds.”
