The new store occupies a total area of over 164sq m and carries leather-goods, footwear and accessories for both men and women. The store facade features a video-wall that frames the large entrance.

TRBusiness was the first trade media to reveal plans for the retail area in an interview with Gebr. Heinemann’s Raoul Spanger last year and more recently reported on the opening of five Unifree Duty Free shops.

The interior’s canvas-lined walls in shades of green, accompanied by a chequered floor of black and white marble, has been inspired by the historic Prada store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan.

Sinan Iscimenler, Unifree’s Director of Business Development said: “Our partnership with Prada is a step towards our aim to create an impressive luxury Travel Retail experience.
