Fred’s jewellery teams artistic expression with French heritage.
French high-end jewellery brand Fred is making its travel retail debut in the Netherlands by teaming up with Gassan to introduce its collections to the House’s newly reimagined boutique in Lounge 1 of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS).
“Gassan continues to innovate and seek beautiful additions to our brand portfolio,” said David Bijlsma, Gassan’s CCO and COO.
“Fred is a stunning high-end addition in the realm of jewellery with a next-level appeal.
“We are proud to offer this brand in our store.”
According to a statement by Gassan, Fred sees Schiphol as ‘an ideal platform to reach discerning travellers within a luxurious and sophisticated setting’.

Partnering with Gassan at AMS connects Fred with a diverse mixture of shoppers who are seeking stand-out fine jewellery pieces while on their travels.
Fred’s presence at Gassan’s newly located boutique at the hub is also said to reflect a ‘growing demand for elevated shopping experiences at international airports’.
