Heathrow and Avolta relaunch Redefine Your Beauty campaign
By Naomi Chadderton |
Heathrow has partnered with Avolta to bring back its Redefine Your Beauty campaign, transforming World Duty Free stores across all four terminals into beauty and wellness destinations with immersive brand experiences, exclusive travel retail offers and personalised services.
Running until 5 October, the campaign showcases a refreshed creative identity and dedicated beauty activation spaces where passengers can discover leading skincare, fragrance and cosmetics brands through consultations, express treatments and interactive experiences.
Travellers can also claim 10% off beauty purchases of £50 or more using in-store or digital vouchers, alongside exclusive travel retail promotions and gifts with purchase across a wide range of brands.
The campaign highlights Heathrow’s growing beauty offer, with featured brands including Nuxe, Acqua di Parma and L’Occitane, while also marking the Heathrow debut of skincare brand Dr Barbara Sturm. Available in World Duty Free stores, the brand will offer travellers the opportunity to discover its science-led skincare range, alongside exclusive samples and gifts with qualifying purchases.
French skincare brand Caudalie is also participating with product demonstrations and a spin-to-win game offering shoppers the chance to win discounts and miniature beauty gifts.
In Terminal 5, passengers visiting the Personal Shopper Lounge can enjoy complimentary treatments throughout the campaign, including Elemis’ “Glow Before You Go” LED mask treatment, “Activate Flight Mode” facials, Sisley’s express eye, hand and make-up services, and later in the campaign, Augustinus Bader’s “Velvet Hands Treatment”.
Nancy Stewart, Head of Duty Free, Luxury, Fashion and Shopping Services at Heathrow, said: “Following the success of its debut last year, we are delighted to bring Redefine Your Beauty back to Heathrow this summer. This campaign demonstrates how we continue to evolve our retail experience, working closely with Avolta to bring together world-leading beauty brands, exclusive travel retail offers and immersive experiences that add value for our passengers and help make every journey better.”
Eve Fifer, Commercial Director UK at Avolta, added: “Redefine Your Beauty is about giving travellers more reasons to discover and engage with beauty while they are at the airport. By working closely with Heathrow and our brand partners, we can bring together new launches, exclusive products and personalised services in a way that adds something to the journey, rather than simply creating another shopping opportunity.”
