MONSIEUR BiG in the pink in European duty free shops

Lancôme’s new Monsieur Big mascara made its impact felt at several European DF&TR shops last month, as it highlighted the brand’s pink trademark in various special make-up events.
World Duty Free shops in the UK showcased the brand’s Beauty Station last month and will follow that up this month with Monsieur Big presences at all cash counters, while passengers at BuY PARIS DUTY FREE in Roissy CDG also joined in the activities in an exclusive partnership with Aelia.
SUCCESSFUL MAKEUP EVENTS
This involved a makeup event across various areas at Roissy, with Terminal 2F hosting a promotion for Lancôme’s new mascara from 1-15 [as reported-Ed].
Lancôme reports that this high profile promotion proved highly successful since travellers could hardly miss seeing the brand with its pink hearts and pink carpets the “It’s a match” claims.
The company said: “Monsieur Big was everywhere. Before entering the stores, passengers flying out of the different Roissy terminals had been targeted through several Apps informing them about an exclusive offer.
“Giant screens showcased the new mascara and made Monsieur Big THE must-have event in the airport.”
