This Spring sees the opening of three new fashion stores at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports, including The Shoe Studio Group, Fat Face and Monsoon.

In a statement, BAA says: ‘The Shoe Studio Group is opening its first ever free standing store in the UK, bringing its highly desired collection of footwear designs to Gatwick?s North terminal.
‘This exciting new launch will provide travellers with the ultimate shoe shopping experience. Stocking men?s and women?s footwear and accessories, the range will include Pied a Terre, Bertie, Oliver Sweeney, Nine West, Lacoste and Birkenstock amongst a host of other designer ranges.
‘Following on from Fat Face?s hugely successful outlet in London Gatwick?s South terminal, airport travellers can now enjoy browsing the surf brand?s racks at Gatwick North. Fat Face?s stylish 115sq m store in Gatwick?s North terminal showcases its menswear and womenswear collections plus a small range of kids wear, and will hope to re-create the successful revenues of its London Gatwick South store. The clothing ranges will be complemented by a constantly updated range of seasonal goods throughout the year.’
At the same time BAA says that Monsoon is introducing a childrens? wear section to its popular store at Stansted airport, offering the latest in fashion for style-conscious girls and boys, including accessories.
Colin Hargrave, Managing Director, UK Airport Retail said: ‘The arrival of The Shoe Studio and the extension of Fat Face and Monsoon are further evidence of our unrivalled retail proposition. We are committed to making shopping easy and fun for our passengers; why not arrive early to make the most of the tax free opportunities and tell your friends about the great offerings at the airport.’
