PLAYin CHOC will be available via British Airways’ Speedbird Café menu.

PLAYin CHOC has partnered with Tourvest Retail Services to supply the company with its plastic-free Dinosaur ToyChoc boxes onboard British Airways short haul flights from London Heathrow and Gatwick, via the Speedbird Café menu.

“It is great to see the BA Speedbird Café menu offering kids our Dinosaur ToyChoc Box combining allergen-free organic chocolates, a plastic-free surprise toy and educational fun facts card as part of their menu, giving kids an exciting gift to keep them occupied on-board,” said PLAYin CHOC Managing Director Dominic Simler.

PLAYin CHOC is well-suited to in-flight – the brand is considered cabin-safe due to being free-from the top 14 food allergens.

The organic, vegan chocolate has a simple recipe comprised of three plants: Peruvian cacao from small farm collectives; Indonesian coconut; and Madagascan Bourbon vanilla.

Each ToyChoc Box contains two individually wrapped chocolates, as well as a 3D puzzle toy and an educational fun facts card aimed at children aged three and over.

Kids can also use the pop-out puzzle frames as stencils to create their own drawings.

The multi-award-winning brand launched to market in 2018 and today is sold in over 30 countries, more than 3,000 stores and is available from 30 global distributors.

For travel retail, the company has 66 collectable ToyChoc Boxes across five ranges.

This is in addition to its JustChoc Boxes containing multiple 10g mini chocolate bars.

PLAYin CHOC has a number of sustainable credentials to shout about, including being zero-waste.

The plastic-free products are fully recyclable, using only paper based recycled, recyclable, biodegradable and home compostable materials to ensure that nothing ends up in landfill or polluting the oceans.

Everything is sourced from UK suppliers and made in the UK.

British Airways’ Speedbird Café menu, which features a gourmet range devised by Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, is available for pre-purchase in Euro Traveller, with a limited range also available to buy onboard.
