Lim has held a range of strategic and operational roles in Singapore, working across multiple markets for leading global brands.
Ricola has announced the appointment of a new member to its travel retail team, Ann Nee Lim, who joins as Senior Account Manager Europe Travel Retail.
Her experience includes serving as Country Brand Manager for Elizabeth Arden in Singapore’s domestic market, and Business Development Manager for Elizabeth Arden’s Asia Pacific Travel Retail division.
She later joined Nestlé International Travel Retail as Regional Business Manager for Asia Pacific and Oceania, where she spent three years leading strategic travel retail negotiations, driving commercial performance, and enhancing Nestlé’s presence across the travel retail channel in the region.
Lim then relocated to Revlon’s Geneva head office to lead a team of 7 in the role of Business Development Director. In this position, she was responsible for developing the European travel retail business, where she successfully demonstrated her ability to drive growth, implement sustainable business practices, build strong partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiative across diverse markets.
Lim held this role for 8 years before relocating to Spain for personal reasons.
Ricola noted Lim is bringing her 20+ years of travel retail experience to the table, with a strong commitment to driving the growth and development of the European business.
“I am excited to be joining the fabulous team at Ricola and starting a new chapter in my travel retail career,” said Ann. “The travel retail industry holds a special place in my heart, and I am delighted to be back in the thick of it, reconnecting with past connections and making new ones.”
Andreas Reckart, Ricola’s Head of Global Travel Retail, added: “It is an absolute pleasure to welcome Ann to Ricola. Her wealth of experience in travel retail makes her a vital addition to our team and I have no doubt that she will see great success in further developing Ricola’s European travel retail business.”
