L’Occitane Travel Retail has partnered with Heinemann Travel Retail and Unifree Duty Free to launch an exclusive Sol de Janeiro ‘Shine Together’ holiday pop-up at Istanbul Airport, running until 31 December 2025.

Located in the central departures zone (F06), the activation brings the vibrant personality of the Brazilian-inspired brand to travellers, aligning with Sol de Janeiro’s global holiday campaign “The World Is Your Stage” and celebrating confidence, individuality and joyful self-expression at the heart of the passenger journey.

The pop-up features the brand’s signature bright yellow design language, with a large underlit archway at the entrance serving as a visual focal point and photo backdrop. Inside, travellers are immersed in an uplifting environment complete with a palm tree centrepiece and dynamic lighting that evokes Rio’s sunny beaches.

Positioned to maximise passenger flow, the space offers an interactive experience including fragrance testing, playful ribbon bracelets and personalised gifting moments that reinforce the brand’s celebratory tone.

Supported by an extensive 360-degree campaign, Sol de Janeiro is visible throughout Istanbul Airport with more than 300 digital OOH screens and dynamic video placements. Additional touchpoints across the terminal, including impulse towers, podiums and cash desk displays at locations such as F04, extend the brand presence and create what the company describes as a multi-sensory journey designed to capture attention at every step.

The seasonal message encourages travellers to treat themselves first, with gifting framed as a feel-good ritual.

Travellers can discover Sol de Janeiro bestsellers such as Brazilian Bum Bum Cream and Cheirosa ’62 Perfume Mist, alongside Trial, Treat and Splurge sets created for different types of gifters and self-gifters. The pop-up also features holiday exclusives including Bum Bum Jet Set, Spritz the Season Cheirosa Perfume Mist Set and Glow Ready With Me Set, with Jet Set positioned as a permanent highlight complementing limited-edition festive assortments. Firm favourites from the Beija, Delicia and Bom Dia ranges are also available.
