“We work with our partner NGO agencies GMR Varalakshmi Foundation & the Lotus Flower Trust on priority areas of education, women’s empowerment and livelihood. The award is testimony to our efforts in making a difference in society through meaningful and measurable programmes.
“We understand very clearly how our talent management programme helps our employees feel engaged, appropriately skilled, and motivated, allowing them to work in the direction of the company’s business goals as well as their career aspirations. This in turn, helps increase customer satisfaction and business performance.
“The award recognises our continued effort in attracting best talent & engaging them for best business results and career development. I join the entire team of Delhi Duty Free in congratulating Ashish Chopra & Siddhartha Jain for very well-deserved leadership awards.”
