Flemingo has extended its DF fashion & accessories footprint at Delhi Airport.

Flemingo International has strengthened its fashion & accessories duty free store footprint at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 with the addition of Coach, The Luggage Store and The Watch Store.

The retail operator will manage the three units, which span approximately 297sq m in total, in partnership with DFS India where it already operates in a joint venture agreement at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport’s Terminal 2.

Manishi Sanwal, Managing Director of the division said: As a group, we are always looking at growth opportunities and are extremely proud to have such a diverse portfolio of duty free fashion and luxury brands across the country.

“Carrying some of the most popular brands among shoppers in our stores today, we look forward to Delhi International travellers enjoying their shopping experience.”

Coach

The Coach outlet is spread over nearly 80sq m of space and houses dual-gender merchandise.

NEW ASSORTMENTS

As part of a tie-up between Coach’s Creative Director Stuart Vevers and Studio Sofield Designer and President William Sofield, the New York fashion house offers dual-gender merchandise, with a focus on bags, wallets and small leathergoods.

The Luggage Store places a major emphasis on Tumi, embedding elements of its latest store design with a full assortment including travel and business pieces, accessories and electronics items.

Luggagestore

Other premium luggage brands such as Samsonite, Delsey and Mandarina Duck also feature, each with their own travel bags, accessories and small leathergoods items on show.

Meanwhile, The Watch Store – located in the international departure area of T3 – offers a diverse range of over 275 collections of fashion watches, including major brands such as Swatch, Emporio Armani, Fossil, Guess, DKNY, Diesel, Michael Kors and Anne Klein. Prices range from approximately $50 up to around $400.

In an exclusive interview with TRBusiness earlier this year, Flemingo International CEO Atul Ahuja revealed that the Group’s India business has yielded a CAGR of +26% year-on-year for the past three years, with the retailer stating at the time that it is eyeing a similar growth return over the next five years.
