Mumbai DF customers ‘Pay Zero’ in Bollywood promotion
By Luke Barras-hill |
Visitors to Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport this month are being given chance to win shopping gift cards to redeem against duty free goods.
A promotional marketing campaign between Mumbai Duty Free and Bollywood film star Shah Rukh Khan designed to promote the latter’s upcoming movie ‘Zero’ is also offering lucky customers free gifts, discounted movie tickets and merchandise, and a meet-and-greet with Khan himself.
Stores are adorned with lavish movie posters, life-size cut-outs of the film’s cast and LED in-store signage as part of a ‘Great Duty Free Sale’ campaign.
Manishi Sanwal, CEO Flemingo Travel Retail said: “We at Mumbai Duty Free strive to deliver new and unique shopping experiences to our customers and an association with Bollywood helps add an extra scoop of excitement to the mix.
“In pursuit of our ongoing endeavour to provide best value to shoppers, we are giving free shopping vouchers to few lucky customers daily for the entire month of December, aiding them to spend Zero for their shopping.”
