The UK Travel Retail Forum (UKTRF) has announced the appointment of Penta Group’s Abigail Ho as its new Secretary General, strengthening the organisation’s leadership at a pivotal time for the travel retail sector.

She added: “Our industry faces a number of challenges, but there are also clear opportunities to show the wider value we bring to the UK. I look forward to working with the Board, our members and our partners to promote the interests of travel and travel retail with UK policymakers and stakeholders.”
