Travel Retail Awards’ entrants to receive m1nd-set feedback

By Pepi Sappal |

Travel-Retail-Awards-leadBrands and airports entering travel retail’s first consumer-voted awards, The Travel Retail Awards, will receive an insightful report from m1nd-set containing invaluable data on their performance in the DF&TR channel.

Peter Mohn, CEO, m1nd-set commented: “We will not only announce the winner, but we will give concrete feedback to all those who participated, displayed on a dashboard of results so they can see exactly how they performed.”

M1nd-set will collect information from 5,000 travel shoppers from all over the world to help evaluate the performance of each entry – purely from a user perspective, explains Mohn. When all the data is compiled, participants will receive a complimentary evaluation document, with invaluable insights.

VITAL STATISTICS

This in-depth research and feedback will provide participating products/airports with vital statistics, such as how appealing their brand is perceived in the DF&TR channel and exactly how they performed in the sector. They will also be able to glean other value-added insights, such as how their offering compares to other competitor brands, as well as how certain consumer demographics perceive their brand, such as millennials versus older age groups.

According to Mohn, it’s a great way to learn whether a brand is meeting the needs of today’s shopping travellers. The detailed report will, of course, also provide vital data necessary to modify products/services according to travelling consumer needs, and ultimately create successful offerings for the channel.
