Bowmore 21-Year-Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish is priced at US$221 in GTR.

Beam Suntory Global Travel Retail has welcomed the latest addition of Bowmore as an exclusive to the industry.

Just 2,500 bottles of the 21-Year-Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish single malt whisky are available, priced at a RSP of US$221.

Sourced from Bowmore’s Islay distillery, Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish is bottled at 49.7% ABV from a batch of five Pedro Ximénez sherry butts, each hand selected by Distillery Manager and Master Distiller David Turner.

COLLECTABLE WHISKY

The liquid itself is blended using some of the rarest Bowmore matured in ex-Pedro Ximénez casks to produce a distinctive, smokey taste coupled with Spanish flair.

Ed Stening, Global Marketing Director, Beam Suntory Global Travel Retail said: “We are thrilled to launch 21-Year-Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish exclusively into global travel retail. David Turner and the distillery team have created a stunning masterpiece here which is gorgeous on the lips.

“This single malt perfectly encapsulates the skill and elegance for which Bowmore is renowned and we cannot wait to hear the feedback from our collectors and drinkers.”

David Turner, Distillery Manager and Master Distiller at Bowmore added: “We wanted to give our drinkers the chance to explore new flavours that perfectly complement the smooth quality and character for which Bowmore is known for.”
