Now in its fifth year, the consumer-voted Global Travel Retail Awards continues to deliver tangible value for entrants, providing a hallmark of trust and confidence in the products and services offered to – and voted by – consumers.
The accolades are awarded based on inimitable feedback from a panel of consumer bloggers and vloggers and expert insight from thousands of international travellers independently sourced from m1nd-set’s unique database.
To find out more about the judging process, see our previous report.
“These are the only consumer-voted awards for all categories across the industry,” said Luke Barras-Hill, Managing Editor, TRBusiness.
“The opportunity to have a panel of consumers, consisting of international travellers from all world regions, assessing the various product and airport categories as well as the qualitative assessments from our expert bloggers and vloggers is a huge asset and a truly valuable benefit to all those companies who make it as finalists and winners.
“We all know from our own shopping experiences that given the choice between two comparable products, the one that has won an award – and a consumer award at that – will win us over.
“The m1nd-set data supports this; their research demonstrates that one third of shoppers are more likely to buy a product that displays a Travel Retail Awards winners logo, given the choice.”
TRBusiness and m1nd-set would like to thank all those who entered the awards, everyone who attended the ceremony and the fantastic line-up of sponsors.
If you have not yet entered the Travel Retail Awards and are interested in finding out more about the benefits of the Awards, as well as the terms and conditions for entry with a view to entering or partnering for the 2023 edition, please email [email protected].
