The Coeur packaging is an ideal romantic gift or a treat for Armagnac lovers, says the brand.

Chabot Armagnac says a new range of ‘visually striking’ luxury gift boxes has boosted the brand’s shelf appeal in travel retail.

Available in silver and gold in a 50cl size and containing one of Chabot’s flagship Armagnacs –Chabot XO (aged up to 30 years) 40% ABV – the ‘Coeur’ gift packaging joins together to form a heart.

They are on display at various points of sale including Changi Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Taiwan Taoyuan Airport and will soon feature onboard Korean Air.

ENTICING DARK SPIRIT DRINKERS…

According to Chabot, the accompanying decanters with silver and gold contouring leverage the premium feel of the packaging, which features a magnet closure and message card inside the heart.

Kathleen Gentzbourger, President of Chabot Armagnac said: “The smaller 50cl size and the super-premium packaging makes this an ideal impulse purchase for gifting and offers real stand-out on travel retail shelves, as well as being perfect for inflight sales.

“It’s also perfect for enticing dark spirits drinkers to try Chabot for the first time and experience for themselves the rich layers of flavour that makes Armagnac so special and so unique.

“This design innovation is another great example of the visually-appealing nature of our signature Armagnac products and our innovative approach. It is definitely contributing to our strong growth in the travel retail channel.”
