Christine Martin joins global consultancy firm Ethos Farm

Christine Martin, Founder of the ISPY Awards and ISPY Academy has joined global consultancy Ethos Farm.

Global consultancy Ethos Farm has appointed Christine Martin, Founder of the ISPY Awards and ISPY Academy as Director of Business Development.

The appointment of Martin bolsters the learning and development sector of Ethos Farm, which offers staff engagement and training solutions to GTR, according to the company.

Launched in 2017, Ethos Farm specialises in workforce engagement through its training an technology offerings. It is also becoming prominent in travel retail in regard to people strategies, education and innovation.


Martin commented: “For me this was the most natural decision to make. Ethos Farm Founder, Sally Alington and I have known each other for many years with a mutual respect for each other’s professional enterprises.

Sally-Allington-New“In fact, during the launch of the ISPY Academy in 2017, I engaged with Sally and the team at Ethos Farm for their expertise in e-learning and people development. I am hugely excited at what we can offer to the travel retail industry together.”

Allington (left) said:  “It is both a privilege and an honour to welcome Christine to the Ethos Farm team. Her unrivalled knowledge of travel retail training combined with our expertise in enhancing front line service delivery creates something unique.

Further elaborating on the role Ethos Farm can play in the travel retail sector, the company said: “In joining forces with Ethos Farm, the travel retail sector will see for the first time a true specialist business offering learning and development solutions and associated workforce technologies to drive service standards and sales opportunities.”
