In what the company describes as ‘one of Clogau Gold’s most pivotal years’, the jewellery brand reports that early 2011 travel retail sales turnover has grown by 92% as the brand prepares to launch six new collections this August as part of its Autumn & Winter 2011 launch.
In a statement, the company said: “Following April’s Royal wedding, awareness of the Clogau Gold brand has been remarkably heightened, with travel retail growing by 92% in early 2011 and being named the number one best-selling gold jewellery brand and number two best-selling silver jewellery brand in the UK in January, February, March and April 2011.
“New collections include a continuation of Spring & Summer’s Royal theme in association with Historic Royal Palaces Enterprises Ltd, as well as the re-introduction of two tastefully re-designed collections.
“Autumn & Winter will also offer extensions of popular Clogau Gold collections such as Milestones and Am Byth. The launch will be supported by lifestyle imagery shot by celebrated fashion photographer John Oakley.”
