Coty has appointed Caroline Andreotti Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for its Prestige portfolio of brands. She replaces Isabelle Bonfanti, who is stepping down after two-and-a-half years in the role.
As CCO Prestige, Andreotti will oversee Coty’s global commercial prestige strategy. She is tasked with continuing to strengthen the company’s leadership position in prestige fragrances; accelerating innovation with makeup; and driving skincare growth.
Andreotti has more than 20 years’ experience in the beauty business, 15 of which have been with Coty. Most recently she was EVP for global premium skincare.
Andreotti has extensive knowledge of the key Asian market, having worked in the region throughout much of her career. As a former head of travel retail, she championed the pivot towards ultra-premium fragrances, opening the first Chloé Atelier des Fleurs counters.
Andreotti also pioneered the relaunch and expansion of Lancaster in Hainan. More recently, she led the global skincare expansion of three of Coty’s prestige skincare brands: Orveda, Lancaster and philosophy.
