‘RELEVANT AND VALUABLE’

The *course is designed to equip airport managers from different disciplines with strategic insight and tools to leverage commercial revenues and the customer experience.

Areas covered include maximising passenger flow to lift commercial penetration; terminal and store design; developing the retail and F&B mix and layout; forecasting sales and revenue; and approaching tenders and contract models.

Additional dedicated sessions tackle customer engagement via data, marketing and branding, advertising, digital and mobile technology.

Attendees to the course, which boasts more than 500 alumni worldwide, are from airports’ commercial, financial, business development and project team quarters across the management hierarchy.

A recent participant said: “This course is by far the most valuable I have attended. The information was relevant and delivered by experts in the industry. I left with knowledge that will really benefit my organisation.”

Alongside hosting the twice-annual commercial training course, CPI created and developed ACI’s specialist online training course for the non-aeronautical business.

The five-module Certificate in Airport Commercial Management has been completed by almost 100 airport professionals since it rolled out a year ago.

*£3,450 p/p inclusive of accommodation. Companies registering at least one attendee receive a discount rate (£3,150) on all additional delegates. The discount applies equally to non-residential delegates.
