Cross, the writing instruments specialist, is launching a new travel retail exclusive product from September; the Tech3 multi-function pen and stylus.

 

The new model allows users to switch from a black ballpoint pen, to red ballpoint pen or to a pencil, by twisting the barrel.  The attachable stylus is compatible with smartphones, tablets, and other touch-screen devices.

 

“I expect this Multifunction pen/Stylus to be the number one Cross writing instrument in travel retail very quickly,” says David Ferreira Travel Retail Manager & National Accounts.

 

“Although we have five colours available, we will primarily focus on the black.”

 

According to Ferreira, feedback from several travel retail operators has been excellent. The pen is already listed on several airlines for the autumn and winter, including; American Airlines, Delta, LAN Chile, Avianca, Taca, Tam Mercosur among others.

 

The brand claims that the instrument “writes with precision, improves touch and typing accuracy and is easy to use.”
