A Mulberry eyewear promotion at London Gatwick Airport has caught the gaze of travelling shoppers.
Situated at the entrance to the Gatwick North Dufry Collections shop, a display exposes the UK designer brand to the airport’s travellers as they enter the store.
“We are absolutely delighted with the initial results from our Mulberry promotion at Gatwick,” said Alessandra Piccin, Duty Free & Licensor Boutiques Sales Manager, De Rigo. “Having such an exciting brand in a true premium position is always good news, but the results have been spectacular.
“Sunglasses shoppers are discerning, so high-profile and tailored promotions like this, which help them to better discover and understand our brands, are vital in the market today.

The stand, which runs until the end of September, features a Mulberry green and white display that accentuates the colour and design of the sunglasses.
Soft oval mirrors permit travellers to try out different Mulberry styles against a backdrop of campaign imagery and a video positioned in an adjacent wall.
De Rigo says the brand is embarking on an ‘aesthetic sojourn’ to the sixties for its Spring Summer ’19 collection with sunglasses and prescription frames mimicking the iconic styles of the era.
“Timeless colours are joined by seasonal shades of Hibiscus Red, Sorbet Pink and Dark Olive to form a versatile collection with a distinctly British personality,” added De Rigo.
