DFS ‘Gives Joy’ across the globe in luxurious 2019 festive campaign

DFS-Joy-of-Giving-campaign-2019-leadLuxury travel retailer, DFS will launch its annual ‘Give Joy’ campaign to celebrate the festive season on 15 November, at which point a whole range of exclusive products will become available to purchase.

 

In addition, the campaign will see a plethora of personalisation services and activations installed at 19 downtown T Gallerias and airport locations worldwide.

 

Encompassing a selection of more than 150 products across DFS’ luxury pillars – Fashion and Accessories, Beauty and Fragrance, Watches, Jewellery and Accessories, Wines and Spirits and Food and Gifts – many of which are exclusive or limited edition, ‘shoppers will be spoiled for choice with an unparalleled curation for the holiday season’, says DFS.

 

The line-up of branded pop-ups, to offer a personalised touch to every gift, include the following:

 

RIBBONS, GIFT-WRAPPING AND ENGRAVING SERVICES

Christian Dior will offer customised ribbons adorned with the name of the customer’s choice; unique wrapping paper with a variety of Dior charms with which to create unique gift boxes. Fragrance engraving services will also be available.

Yves Saint Laurent will showcase a ‘Make It Yours’ Bar offering engraving services, limited-edition lipstick caps and unique gift box creations.

 

Jo Malone London will exhibit their ‘Magic and Mayhem’ concept, which will allow shoppers to not only have their bottles engraved with a personal message, date or initials, but also walk away with monogram gift boxes with festive stickers.

DFS’ Personalisation Gift Shop is back ‘by popular demand’, offered in five destinations this year and featuring international brands such as FAO Schwarz, Kikki K, Sugarfina, Walkers, Bunnies by the Bay and Tim Tam.

“The Personalisation Gift Shop offers customisation services and do-it-yourself stations for customers to add that final, special touch to their gifts with an array of intricate items such as DFS holiday ribbon with special greetings, sticker adorning, leather embossing – all designed to help customers concoct bespoke and thoughtful gifts for their loved ones,” explains DFS.

As consumers have come to expect from DFS, the stores will be brought to life during the holiday season with a continual rotation of theatrical activations; from visits by Santa and his crew, to parades and performances by local musicians.

The Give the Joy campaign will be taking place at the following locations:

T Galleria By DFS in Auckland, Macau, City of Dreams, Macau, Shoppes at Four Seasons and Beauty By DFS, Macau, Peninsula, Guam, Saipan, Sydney, Cairns, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canton Road, Hong Kong, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Okinawa, Hawaii and Angkor.

 

It will also be taking place at the T Fondaco Dei Tedeschi in Venice, at Abu Dhabi International, Singapore Changi and New York John F. Kennedy International Airport.
