DutyFly Solutions appoints Philippe Le Goff, Managing Director and Baptiste Duguit, Sales and Marketing Director.

UPDATED: Inflight retail specialist, Dutyfly Solutions, owned jointly by Aelia and Servair, has appointed Philippe Le Goff, Managing Director and Baptiste Duguit, Sales and Marketing Director.

 

DutyFly says that the priority of the new management team will be to improve the satisfaction of Dutyfly Solutions’ current clients, among which feature Air Caraïbes, Air France, Alitalia and Iberia.

 

“With over 15 years’ experience in travel retail, Le Goff comes with a rich retail background and well anchored best practices, both of which are at the heart of Dutyfly Solutions’ strategy,” says the company.

 

Baptiste Duguit, who has been appointed Sales and Marketing Director, is an inflight specialist and has been with Dutyfly Solutions for several years.

Dutyfly Solutions has contracts in four countries, and has full concession agreements with Air France, Alitalia, Iberia, CSA Czech Airlines and Air Caraibes. Philippe Le Goff joined Relay France in 1995 as Sales Supervisor, then he took the responsibility of the Airports-Hotels network in 2001, before becoming the General Manager of Relay at AdP in 2011.

This company operates, in partnership with AdP, the points of sale located in the Parisian airports. Baptiste Duguit starts his career in marketing within Le Coq Sportif in 2006, then joined LS travel retail as Inflight Marketing and Commercial Manager before becoming Sales and Marketing Director for Dutyfly Solutions.

 

According to an Aelia spokesman contacted by TRBusiness, former Dutyfly Solutions Managing Director Jean-Luc Chassigneux ‘left the company to lead personal projects’. [TRBusiness wishes him well-Ed].
