Early surge in responses for Global Industry Survey
By Luke Barras-hill |
TRBusiness has received a record number of responses to its revered Global Industry Survey since the 2021 iteration launched officially on 11 November.
Due to be published in the January 2021 edition, which will be the first digital issue of the year in line with a new company-wide sustainability strategy announced recently, the comprehensive and inimitable Annual Survey will – as is customary – boast comments and opinions from a broad cross-section of stakeholders in travel retail.
As the final month of a torrid year precipitated by Covid-19 edges closer, it is more important than ever to voice your views with the industry accelerating its recovery into 2021.
The Global Industry Survey acts as a true barometer of industry sentiment and a critical marker in gauging the strategic terrain of the global airport, airline, cruise/ferry, borders and diplomatic DF&TR business.
ESSENTIAL INTELLIGENCE
Among the 10 featured questions in the Global Industry Survey 2021, readers are asked for their expectations of the 2021 trading environment and how Covid-19 is set to influence travel retail into next year and beyond.
Survey participants are also asked for their views on responsible consumption and sustainability, plus the proposal for duty and tax free sales on arrival at EU airports.
The Annual Survey is conducted without any personal bias or alliances. We simply ask a series of questions and publish the answers alongside your name, company and job title.
TRBusiness would like to thank all its readers in advance for their responses. We value your opinion and want to hear your thoughts as the industry reaches a crucial juncture in its recovery planning.
If you would prefer to receive the survey in a word document, please email [email protected].
