Elior may reduce Dufry stake

At its results announcement, Finance Director Philippe Chevalier confirmed the company?s interest in acquiring part or all of Select Service Partner (SSP), which is currently being sold by Britain's Compass group and he said Elior?s
share in Dufry might have to be sold to assist in any such investment.
‘We will effectively have to choose between SSP and Dufry, but for the time being we have not yet made our decision,’ he told investors.Elior announced a full year net profit increase of 27.6% with net income in its last fiscal year standing at E47.1m ($56m), up from E37m in the previous year.
The company told analysts that a deal between Compass and Elior could be completed ‘in Spring 2006’ but added that it could not elaborate on that since it is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
