He is relocating to New York from Switzerland with his family for the job.

A statement released by the company regarding the appointment highlights Bouchard’s “collaborative mindset, business acumen, brand building and retailer knowledge, and proven leadership skills” as making him well positioned for the role.
He reports directly to Israel Assa, Global President, TRWW, with a matrix reporting line to YoeGin Chang, Senior Vice President, International, La Mer and Valerie Piana, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, International, and Education, Le Labo.
In addition, Eric Lee has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy, TRWW, effective 6 September 2022.
