Ethos Farm to launch Travel Retail Leadership programme next month

Consultancy company, Ethos Farm, will launch its ‘ground-breaking’ Travel Retail Leadership Development Programme in November 2019, providing a framework and ‘range of interventions’ that offer support and skills to new or aspiring future leaders in the travel retail industry.

 

The Programme aims to create leadership capability that empowers and enables delegates to gain deeper insights into both the global and travel retail context for leadership; develop insights into their personal leadership style; develop/enhance the leadership skills that are essential for future leaders in the travel retail industry and finally apply their learning to their own organisational context and sense of identity as a leader.

 

The Talent of Tomorrow Leadership Programme will be delivered through a mix of webinar, one-to-one coaching and online learning.

As reported in August, Ethos Farm partnered with full-service brand activation and experiential agency, Alive Brand Experience to begin offering collaborative solutions in Asia Pacific.

 

Operating under the Ethos Farm Asia Pacific brand name, the company says the joint venture will bring unique expertise to the market and a wealth of experience to airports, retailers and brands.
