Belgian confectioner Chocdecor/Belfine is eyeing more success at the 2023 consumer-voted Global Travel Retail Awards, with the winners due to be announced on 3 October at Hôtel Martinez, Cannes.
The company was recently named a finalist in the ‘Best Confectionery & Food Product’ for its Lollipop Dino Rexy & Dino Roary sku.
Steven Candries, who leads the travel retail division, said: “We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition from travellers worldwide and hope for another triumphant celebration beginning October.”
Chocdecor/Belfine emerged victorious in the ‘Best Confectionery and Fine Foods Product’ for its Unicorn & Dragon Lollipops at last year’s Global Travel Retail Awards.

Chocdecor/Befline will present its chocolate confections produced from Fairtrade cocoa beans, 100% cocoa butter and natural vanilla at its booth J4, Red Village at this week’s TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes.
The product notched an impressive overall score of 8.8 out of 10, with travelling consumers singling out the smooth texture of the premium Belgian chocolate and the playful, well-crafted designs.
The company will present a variety of cheerful, seasonal chocolate lollipops made with Fairtrade cocoa beans, 100% cocoa butter and natural vanilla at its booth at J4, Red Village during this week’s TFWA World Exhibition & Conference.
