Forum: QDF keynote will explore how data is driving ‘experiencentricity’
By Faye Bartle |

Thabet Musleh, Chief Retail and Hospitality Officer at Qatar Airways, is sharing an insight into his much-anticipated keynote address at the TR Consumer Forum 2025 in Amsterdam.
The event is taking place from 2-4 June, with Musleh opening the first full day of the conference on Tuesday 3 June with a powerful address titled ‘From Insight to Impact: How data-driven decision-making is fuelling “Experiencentricity” at Qatar Duty Free’.
In line with the Forum’s mantra of putting consumers at the heart of every discussion, Musleh will explore how the integration of Qatar Duty Free (QDF) within the Qatar Airways trinity ecosystem, and its harnessing of data-sharing and passenger insights, is powering a strategic consumer-centred approach via unique experiences that, in turn, deliver commercial results.
“At Qatar Duty Free, we put travellers first, every single time,” said Musleh. “Experiencentricity is about making sure every decision revolves around the passenger experience.
“Thanks to our data and our close relationship with Qatar Airways and Hamad International Airport, we can really get personal and make every journey special.”
He continued: “Thanks to our data and our close relationship with Qatar Airways and Hamad International Airport, we can really get personal and make every journey special.
“This focus on the customer doesn’t just make the airport experience better – it’s good for business too, and it’s helping us raise the bar for the whole industry.
“I’m excited to share more of what we’ve learned and where we’re headed at the TR Consumer Forum, because at the end of the day, it’s all about the consumer.”
