Halewood Wines & Spirits in Cannes yacht appearance

Halewood Wines & Spirits will debut a wide range of drinks from its portfolio for the first time at TFWA Cannes aboard the ‘Princess Sissi’ yacht.

Family-owned Halewood Wines & Spirits exports to 88 countries worldwide.

The diverse selection includes Whitley Neill Gin, the ultra-premium Marylebone Gin, City of London Gin, Liverpool Gin and The Pogues Irish Whiskey.

The family-owned business has been developing its craft spirits’ portfolio over the last 18 months and will present this to visitors onboard the luxury yacht located in the TFWA Harbour Village.

Here, visitors can also savour a new range of flavoured spirits including Whitley Neill Quince Gin, Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin and Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka.

ENTICING COCKTAILS

In addition, visitors can sample flavoured Lamb & Watt mixers, wines, Crabbies Craft Alcoholic Ginger Beer and craft ales from Sadlers Breweries.

“Halewood is delighted to be making its first appearance at the TFWA World Exhibition and we look forward to enjoying a cocktail with our clients aboard the Princess Sissi,” said Simon Roffe, Managing Director Global Travel Retail, Halewood.

The firm’s gin portfolio has enjoyed considerable success in European travel retail this year, listing with Heinemann Duty Free and at a number of airports.

These include London City, Luton, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.

In addition, it is featured onboard P&O and Tallink Silja ferries and cruises, with Flybe inflight, and in selected British Airways’ lounges.

“It is also showing great promise in the American/Canadian border stores,” added Roffe. “We have high hopes for our premium brands, which are ideally suited to the travel retail channel.”
