Chater boasts a 30-year career in B2B publishing and was most recently Publisher at DFNI.
Nicky Lane, who has been on the TRBusiness commercial team on a part time basis for the past eight months will be concluding her tenure on 18 May.

Chater said: “In my 30 years working in B2B publishing, I have enjoyed the dynamic and innovative travel retail sector the most and was determined to find a way to stay close to the channel after leaving DFNI.

Helen’s background with the Frontier Awards as well as the UK Retail Industry Awards will contribute to the ongoing success of the Travel Retail Awards and she says she is ‘looking forward’ to sharing new and exciting ideas for events that will fit into the new normal.
