Inflyter announces 3Sixty home delivery service for US domestic travellers

By Charlotte Turner |

At an ‘Innovation in Action’ workshop, hosted by the TFWA, Wassim Saadé, Founder and CEO, Inflyter revealed that together with 3Sixty Duty Free, it is launching, ‘for the first time’ a home delivery service for US domestic travellers;.

Following an introduction from TFWA Conference Manager, Michele Miranda, Saadé made a short introduction about the company, before pointing out that travel retail industry stakeholders are often facing an uphill battle when it comes to chasing traffic to their respective e-commerce platforms, and hunting conversion.

He also talked about how retailers and brands can recreate the same desire as physical stores, through these platforms, by rethinking their appearance and format.

He believes Inflyter can dramatically improve the appeal of the channel’s e-commerce offer through branded e-boutiques, ‘which matches the experience you can have in-store’.

He referred to a recent example from Diageo on Johnnie Walker, which offered much more than a ‘simple product listing’ and actually encouraged a sales uplift of +250% (before and after the branded e-boutique was launched).
