ISPY to bring magic to entire cabin crews
By Charlotte Turner |
Organisers of ISPY, TRT are in the process of contacting all ISPY participating airlines to offer a scoping service, which could lead to bringing the ‘magic of ISPY’ to their entire cabin crew workforce.
Christine Martin CEO of TRT & ISPY says: “We know the difference to the bottom line those who have been to ISPY make when they return to their airline. Imagine the difference we could make if we got to sprinkle the ISPY magic over their entire workforce.
“ISPY stands for excellence with regard to cabin crew training, reward and recognition and we think there is a real opportunity to tailor what we do to suit the specific need of any airline. We know we have a winning formula (13 years experience), and participating crew tell us year on year that they wish all of their colleagues could experience ISPY.
Eric Eymard Sypion. Air France adds: “Just imagine one second how great it would be if we could all work for the same unique world airline? We would be so efficient, have so much fun and our customers would have such an unforgettable experience.”
Martin maintains that ISPY also has great support from all stake-holders and has a track record of making things happen quickly, easily and all of it with minimum disruption to operations. “It’s 2014 and it’s time to make a difference,” Martin concludes.
